Do you have a resilience-related project that could benefit from technical assistance or advice? RASCL is here to help!

The RASCL Project Guidance Group is a free service designed for Delaware communities seeking advice and technical assistance to advance their resilience-related projects. The group is staffed by RASCL-affiliated experts who are lending their time and assistance in an advisory capacity to help you initiate or advance your resilience initiatives.

Communities that are embarking on new projects or seeking advice on existing ones are encouraged to participate in the Project Guidance Group. Consultation calls, lasting approximately twenty minutes, will be offered on a first come, first serve basis to communities that complete a brief, one-page sign up sheet.

We look forward to assisting you in building more resilient communities.

For the purposes of the Project Guidance Group, RASCL will accept requests from incorporated cities and towns in Delaware, County government, common interest community groups, homeowner associations (planned communities, condominiums, cooperatives, and subdivisions) that are represented by a property owner's association, faith-based organizations, non-profit organizations, and chambers of commerce.

The group should be represented by the mayor, president, chair, director or their designate.  After a brief presentation of the issue by the group, the RASCL Project Guidance Group representatives will ask questions and provide suggestions and next steps.

Disclaimer: Any recommendations or information exchanged during the Project Guidance Group are advisory only and should not be treated as an endorsement by any state agency or authority. RASCL will do its best to accommodate all requests and applicants will be notified if RASCL is able to schedule a session.
